Jane
Levin offers you local expertise supported by
knowledge, experience, and resources. With over
34 years in the Real Estate industry she has
developed systems to effectively penetrate each
market by identifying every potential commercial
property.
Jane offers current market knowledge
to facilitate a complete understanding of each
property type. Her specialties include
redevelopment, transition of commercial
properties to adaptable re-uses, property
assemblage, and land development sites.
Raquel Martini Coryer
Associate
A native of Tampa,
Raquel Martini Coryer possesses great insight
into the rapidly changing commercial
real estate market in her home town and
throughout the state of Florida.
With 5
years of experience in commercial sales and
leasing, Raquel has a strong track
record, working
with retail and restaurant clients, as well as
office and medical end-users. She
has a great deal of experience and has
successfully completed many transactions in
South Tampa, Seminole Heights and the Downtown
sub-markets.
From site
selection and negotiation, to understanding the
complexities of closing on all types of transactions,
Raquel has a dynamic and unique approach
to helping her clients achieve their real estate
goals.
Gary Finkel
Broker Associate
Gary has been an associate of the firm for over
6 years, having moved here from Phoenix,
Arizona, where he practiced real estate and
corporate law as general counsel for a small
single family home builder.
Gary received his
B.A. in Rhetoric from the University of
California at Berkley and his J.D. from Arizona
State University and is licensed to practice law
in both Arizona and California. Gary is also a
licensed real estate agent in both Arizona and
Florida. Gary specializes in commercial
brokerage, with an emphasis on office and
retail.
Nick
Larkin
Associate
The
newest member of our team, Nick Larkin, is a
recent graduate of Florida State University with
a Bachelors Degree in Business Management. Nick
is a Tampa native who has spent his entire life
in and around the Tampa Bay area.
Eager to make
a mark in the Real Estate community, Nick uses
as much current technology possible to locate,
market, and research properties in an attempt to
help clients make the most informed and sound
decisions possible.
